1. Download the mail order form (English) here.

2. Fill the form completely and don't forget to sign it!

3. Send the form to order[at]pandoratr[dot]com .

4. If you wish, you can send the form by fax. Our fax number is +90 212 243 10 92 . Please write down your e-mail address and telephone number on your form so we can contact you.

5. We will let you know when we process your payment succesfully.
